Note: Veröffentlicht (Les Missions Evangéliques, 1865) und (HB, Mai 1867: 61). - Text im HB: "[...] Auf unserem Bild sind vier Wohnungen sichtbar. Rechts erblicken wir noch eine Ecke des Gebäudes, in welchem sich das Predigerseminar befindet. Das kleinere Haus daneben ist die Wohnung der Hauseltern der Knabenanstalt, der Geschwister Ch. Zimmermann. Links davon sehen wir den Anfang einer Allee von Orangenbäumen. die vor 22 Jahren von den Missionaren angelegt wurde. Im Hintergrund erhebt sich der Giebel von dem Haus, in welchem der Oekonomie-Bruder J. Lang wohnt. Das grössere Haus links ist die Wohnung von den Geschwistern Widmann. Aber sie haben jetzt die längste Zeit darin gewohnt. Am 18. Juni zog Br. Widmann in Akropong ein [...]."
Note translation: Published (Les Missions Evangéliques, 1865) and (HB, May 1867: 61). - Caption in the HB: "[...] Four houses can be seen on our picture. On the right you can see the corner of the pastor's Seminar. The next house is lived in by the House Parents of the Pastor's Seminar, Mr & Mrs Chr. Zimmermann. To the left again you can see the beginnings of an alley of orange trees planted by the missionaries 22 years ago. In the background you can see the roof of the house lived in by J. Lang, our 'Oekonomie' - Brother [i.e. the missionary in charge of farming and gardening in Akropong]. The larger house on the left is used by Rev. and Mrs Widmann, who have been there for many years. [...]."
