Fashionable morning & evening dresses for December, 1822. Two images. Left: White floor length dress. Low square neckline. Short cap sleeves have white floral accents. Empire waistline. Embellished lace hem. Accessories include a gold bandeau with white flowers, pearl earrings, triple strand pearl necklace, long white gloves, and a white wrap. Right: Pink floor length dress. High collar with chemise ruffles underneath. Long sleeves with blue piping on puff shoulders, bodice, and cuffs. Lower empire waistline. Blue designs and ruching on hem. Accessories include white cap and yellow gloves.
