Description
"The Hinsey house (c. 1925) sat upon a one-acre tracts on the hill above Sunrise Ave. and Fair Oaks Blvd. This elaborate Craftsmen house, built in 1910, accomodated the family of W. W. Hinsey and his wife, Carrie. Hinse moved to Fair Oaks in 1898 and eventually became the general manager of the Fair Oaks Fruit Company, as well as a founding member and first president of the Fair Oaks Chamber of Commerce."
