Description
Photograph of a crowd gathered around a bulldozer for the groundbreaking of the Pershing Square garage in Los Angeles, 1951. The large bulldozer is at center and has four men on it, one who appears to be the driver and three official-looking men in suits. On of the men is holding a sign that says "C. G. Willis & Sons". A large crowd, composed mostly of men in suits, can be seen behind a rope barrier in the background. Tall trees are visible behind the tractor, while tall buildings can be seen further in the distance.
