A worker, identified as H.E. Newton, dumps avocados from a wooden crate onto a conveyor belt of a stamping machine at the packing plant of Calavo Growers of California. Behind him, more fruit crates with the "Calavo" logo are stacked waist-high; awaiting their destiny with the stamp machine.
