Union Training School for Nurses, 1911. Making 'first aid' for the wounded. During the Revolution, when the call came for Red Cross workers, the student nurses, the medical students and help from the Gamewell school girls kept the three divisions sent out by the men's Union Medical College supplied with 'first aid' and sterile dressings.
