Description
View of the north entrance of Griffith observatory and planetarium on a clear sunny day with visitors strolling and employees edging the grass. Federal Writers' Project is stamped on the back of the photograph and the date July 17, 1939 is in ink. Observatory was built in 1935. Architects: John C. Austin and Frederick M. Ashley.
