Description
Connie and David begin the interview discussing whether or not a parent can teach their children about God even if they have questions and doubts, and how the book is for people of all faiths. They proceed to talk about ritual and discipline, and how important it is for children to have ritual in their lives, before considering how to explain to children that both good and evil can exist in the world, and that God wants his people to be good for the sake of being good. Connie has David read a passage from the book on the power of words, and they move on to reflect on Jewish beliefs that highlight the importance of children and words. Connie closes the interview requesting an autograph for her copy of the book.
