Description
A hillside covered in rocks, brush, trees, and wildflowers in front of power lines at the Rancho Santa Teresa. Pedro Alcantar Bernal, the grandson of Bruno Bernal, took over ownership of Rancho Santa Teresa and the Bernal lands after the death of his father Ygnacio Bernal. Under Pedro's ownership, a number of businesses were initiated at the Rancho Santa Teresa including Santa Teresa Springs Water Company, the Bernal mine, and The Bernal Marl Fertilizer Company.
