Description
Spectators fill the sidewalk and balconies on N. Spring St. as they watch a parade celebrating a Chinese festival. A dragon is at the end of the parade. The businesses behind the spectators include, from right to left, The Famous Clothing Co., H.J. Woolacott for wines and liquor, Putnam General Photography, The Tub, and Dental College Infirmary.
