Photograph of the ruined interior of the Mission San Fernando Velicata in Tijuana, ca.1877. The hallway of the mission is shown, with spackel having crumbled from the walls in many spots, particularly near the ground. The roof has apparently been torn-off or has fallen-through, as outside light can be seen shining through the now-visible roof beams. Smashed terracotta tiles litter the floor below.
