Orange mount, purple back.
Shows farmhouse, barns, cattle in corral.
Levi Karner Baldwin was born in 1820, came to California in 1858 where settled in Marin County in the dairy and butter business. Moved to Santa Cruz in 1872. Delos D. Wilder was born in 1826, came to California in 1853, settling in Marin County. Moved to Santa Cruz in 1871. He and Baldwin purchased a dairy ranch about five miles above Santa Cruz. Ran the ranch as partners until finally dividing property between them. In 1974 ranch bought by State to become Wilder Ranch State Park.
