Description: This 1969 report was assembled by the Sacramento Architects Collaborative led by project architect Silvio L. Barovetto. This is Book 3, the final report to the City Council. It contains the recommended Master Plan and Preliminary Budget for the Sacramento Community Center Complex. Recommendations for the community center complex include a theater, exhibition hall, and memorial auditorium.
