Description
Ernesto Galarza spoke about the effects of government policies on agricultural laborers. He began with the Migrant Drift of Mexicans from 1910 to the early 1930s, then he discussed the Wetback Interlude, when Mexicans entered the United States illegally, ca. 1933 to the early 1940s. He also spoke about the Bracero Program.
