Description
A framed group of 12 postcards of various ages. The oldest appears to be late 19th or early 20th century. Scenes depicted include: A view of the Northwestern Pacific depot from Miller Avenue; a scenic view of Mill Valley showing Lovell Avenue and Mt. Tamalpais; a scenic view of the downtown area; an aerial view of Tamalpais High School; the Bank of America from Throckmorton Avenue; a view of Sycamore and E. Blithedale avenues with Mt. Tamalpais in the background; a train arriving at West End; two views of the Tavern of Tamalpais and the summit of Mt. Tamalpais; Russian Hill in San Francisco; the Old Mill after restoration; and the lookout station on the summit of Mt. Tamalpais. See notes.
