Description
Women's black lace hat over thread-covered metal wire frame covered with plaited horsehair ribbon. Embellished with small loops of rhomboid shaped black glass beading, narrow white bobbin-lace, black velveteen bows. Napped woven ribbon chin ties with diagonally cut ends. Lining is two pieces made of black satin weave fabric. Label too deterorated to read.
