Description
Construction has begun on the Arden Office, the first local branch, of the Bank of Sacramento . Designed by Architect Sooky Lee, the structure will cover 4,000 square feet. A drive up window will be located at one side of the building and a partially submerged parking area beyond it will enhance the structure's site atop a slight rise at Arden Way and Hood Road. It will be built by the Gilmore Construction Company and, when ready for it April opening, will represent a total investment of $185,000.
