Photograph caption dated February 16, 1955 reads, "Ralph E. Simpson, general chairman of Burbank YMCA capital funds campaign May 17-June 9, shows architects' renderings of proposed new headquarters. Bottom drawing shows pool building, with locker and club rooms, costing $450,000 which will be constructed first."
