Description
Film made in the 1930s shows a variety of activities at San Jose's Ryland Park, including volleyball, crafts, horseshoes, and picnics under the trees with a nearby playground. After a title card "Kammeror Tract," there are views of diving, grade school baseball, and bowling with mini-balls and shot put. A large building with pillars, possibly a school, is shown behind a gathering of young students and their teachers. More activities follow, including ping pong, soccer, pitching practice, and a safety check of a swing-set.
