Aerial view of Thunderbird Ranch, located at 70737 Country Club Drive and the west end of Cypress Drive in Rancho Mirage; view is looking northeast. Thunderbird Ranch, developed in the mid-1940s as a dude ranch, and was re-developed in 1951 as a Country Club with the desert's first 18-hole golf course. Photograph dated February 19, 1955.
