Description
Photograph was edited for publication purposes
Photograph article dated November 4, 1960 partially reads, "The political situation in the Glendale area Congressional and Assembly races is a mirror image of politics in certain other Valley area contests... Gareth W. Sadler, the articulate and easy-going lawyer opposing Smith, stresses to his audiences of older people that Forand-type legislation could provide for most of the aged, until the Social Security system itself is expanded." Note: Pictured is Gareth Sadler.
