This film was aimed at employers to encourage them to expand the employee pool to workers who they may not traditionally consider. This promotion was advertised in newspapers as well, and encouraged employees to consider all workers, regardless of age, but did emphasize the particular skills and expertise more experienced workers do bring to the workplace.
