Ryoichi Kawashima, writing on behalf of the Osaka CCS (Civil Communications Section) Keiei Kenkyukai, states that he has enclosed the signatures of the Association members which were collected at their first meeting of the year as an expression of gratitude for his instructive and interesting lectures. Kawashima goes on to say that he would be very obliged if Protzman could provide them with letters of any available information and data from the States so that it may encourage their discussions and help improve their way of management. The letter contains a list of the signers. The letter contains Kawashima's original signature.
