Description: Snow telescope coelostat pier and rolling shelter under construction as seen from southwest with construction workers posing on the structure, Mount Wilson Observatory. Fourteen (14) construction workers are posed on the platform and on the metal scaffolding that surrounds the stone columns. The roof of the rolling shelter is partially constructed. Shrubs cover the hillside adjacent to the building.
