Atsuo Ueda writes Peter Drucker saying that "Keiei no Tekikakusha" was edited and published by Nihon Keiei Kyokai (NOMA: Nippon Omni-Management Association) in 1966. He goes on to say that NOMA was established in 1955 and is still active in seminars and fairs in fields such as IT and human resources development.
