Description
A dictionary in Spanish listing food "falsifications" or counterfeits. It seems to list both faked foods and beverages and bad or incorrectly mad food and beverages. The book is laid out in dictionary format. Under "Vinos" there are six pages citing Pasteur and Blume and other on the enfermedades or illnesses of wine.
