This is side B of the fourth tape of recordings of a course taught by Peter Drucker in 1978. This was recorded on February 14. Drucker begins with the advice that one person's judgment on another human being can be worthless, since no one can completely rid themselves of judgments or prejudice. Therefore just because one person cannot get along with a particular employee, that does not mean it is a problem with the employee, or that everyone will have the same issues. He also emphasizes how important it is to learn to work with other people, and to pick your battlefield because not all fights are productive. Drucker then tells a joke about two generals who discuss declaring war on the United States as a way to solve some of their country’s problems. He also believes in suppressing the desire to make another study. He used to believe in "practicing birth control" on studies but has now reached the position of practicing "abstinence", since so many studies end up using time and resources without turning up anything new or relevant. He also discusses problems with product development, how at times what price makes an item salable is not being considered, and how sales is constantly trying to recapture what has passed. Drucker also goes into detail about the pros and cons of university museums.
