Mrs. Myers, 54, 5495 Round Meadow Rd., Hidden Hills, was scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing today in Dept. 106 of Los Anegles [sic] Superior Court on a charge that she tried to kill her husband, Virgil, by poisoning a can of peaches."
