Description
The Project (begun in April 1958) involved a 45-acre beach strip in Ocean Park in two phases: Project Ia (36 acres) bounded by Ocean Pk. Blvd. Neilson Way, Ashland and Kinney Pl. and the Promenade. Project Ib is a continuation of this strip southward to Marine St.
