Photograph caption dated May 13, 1965 reads "Irv Garvin, left, president of the Reseda Kiwanis Club, happily looks on as Ken Vogt, director of the West Valley Y.M.C.A., receives a check from Hal Tolmas, chairman of the club's Boys and Girls Work committee. The contribution, an annual effort by Kiwanis, was given yesterday at the weekly Kiwanis meeting and will be used for purchasing Y.M.C.A. office equipment."
