1989-1305. In: [Scenes of Sacramento] [manuscript] / Eugene Walter Hepting. [Sacramento, Calif. : E. Hepting, 1938?], Vol. C, leaf 42. A view of a corner with the road in the foreground; on the right of the corner is grass-covered land with two small palm trees and a deciduous tree at the extreme right; on the left of the corner a tall palm tree stands; behind it is a billboard, advertising "PABST"; behind the billboard is another palm tree with an evergreen showing its top only behind the palm; another billboard can be seen on the right of the corner behind the first small palm. Walter Hepting was born in Sacramento (father was from Switzerland, mother from Germany). Worked for the State Treasurer's Office.
