Description
The photo caption in the Sacramento Bee, January 23, 1969, states: "Traffic on California 70 near Belden, Plumas County, has been limited to one lane as the result of high water severely undercutting the bank of the Feather River North Fork. Repairs are anticipated as a large and lengthy project, and officials expect the traffic limitation to be in effect for some time."
