Description
Washington: Young antiwar Army Lieutenant Louis P. Font filed war crimes charges 2/17 against Maj. Gen. Samuel W. Koster, former Superintendent of West Point, and Lt. Gen. Jonathan O. Seaman, commander of the 1st Army. The Army charged Koster last year with covering up the alleged My Lai massacre, but Seaman dismissed the charge on Jan 29 because he said it was 'not supported by the available evidence.' Font is shown in 1970 filer.
