Photograph caption dated October 19, 1959 reads, "Fireman's Wife Has 15th Child -- Mrs. Marie Donckels, 41, of Sepulveda, holds 15th child, Douglas Paul, two days old, who was born at St. Joseph Hospital in Burbank. Mrs. Donckels and husband Louis, 43, of 9237 Noble Ave., have six other boys and eight girls ranging from 2 1/2 to 21 years. Donckels is a Los Angeles city fireman stationed in Van Nuys. Newest addition weighed in at 8 pounds, 10 ounces. With them is Sister Mary Constance, nurse at hospital."
