Description
At the Cotton Club, Frank Sebastian, already well known for years as the proprietor of the Sebastian's Cotton Club and other cafe enteprises in the Bay District, drinks a toast to "Happy Days are Here Again" with a friend and patron, Mrs. Isabelle Fryer. Sebastian's Cotton Club was located at 6500 Washington Boulevard, in Culver City. Photo dated: Dec. 8, 1933.
