Description
An oral history with Tu Anh Vu, an airline avionics technician for United Airlines, detailing his experiences as a first-generation Vietnamese American refugee in Southern California. This interview focuses on his experiences as a pilot in the South Vietnamese Air Force while in Vietnam. It continues with his struggles coming to the United States in 1975 and adapting to a new environment for the sake of his family and community. He is currently living in Huntington Beach and spends his time imparting his Catholic principles to his children when off work.
