Description
There's no doubt who scored the biggest "hit" at the Los Angeles Angels training camp in Palm Springs. It was ex-President Dwight D. Eisenhower who drove over from his Eldorado County Club winter home to watch the game and chat with the players. Here he autographs glove for Steve Bilko (left) while Ted Kluszewski and Manager Bill Rigney (right) watch. Photograph dated March 2, 1961.
