The envelope with USPS 29 cents-stamp and dated stamp of 20 Dec 1992 New York is addressed to "Ms. Eileen Chang Reyher, P.O. Box 36467, Los Angeles, CA 90036-0467" from "Mr. C.T. Hsia, 530 W 113th St, #5A, New York, NY 10025."
