This sequoia on the Cutler property near Whitaker's Forest was felled by dynamite in October 1947. It has a stumpage value of about $500 and provided 3 months' employment for the man who made the 7700 posts and similar occupation for two men and truck the following year. Nov. 1948. Claude Jackson
