Written on photograph, K-1394-CV Kennett Division. Shasta Dam. Flood waters in the Sacramento River immediately upstream from the dam at the site of the contractor's suspension truck bridge which was carried away by the rising waters. About 135,000 c.f.s. are now passing this point. R. A. Midthun, Photo. February 27, 1940.
