Description
Photograph caption dated May 7, 1957 reads "Mail carrier Jack Kelly is wished happy birthday by Frank Schaffer, right, Encino postmaster, and neighbors on his Encino route. Women in neighborhood took up collection and bought Kelly mail cart and also gave him cash gift as birthday presents. He has been with post office 27 years and has delivered mail to Encino five years. Residents complimented him for being punctual and courteous and friend of their children."
