Photograph caption dated December 4, 1964 reads, "Don Lawrence, left, manager of Beaumont-Gribin-Von Dyl, and artists Ederita and Betty King observe two of the many hundreds of paintings which will be displayed at art show to be held at Lakeside Shopping Center tomorrow and Sunday. Show is being held in conjunction with the opening of another unit of the garden-type apartment project. Prominent artists such as Trinchine and Etynge will have paintings for sale at the show."
