Formed in 1902 Building by Bernard Maybeck Cornerstone laid August, 4 1904 Building moved into November 1904 Architect's fee for building $165.37 [sic; crossed out] $251.25 total cost $3601.25 Library added later (1923) - Rear porch enclosed later 1930s Entrance area log trellis with wisteria remodel Porch removed 1941 and grading changed by Caspian Doward [sic] and contractors New trellis built 1971 no wisteria Tree to left removed - addl [sic] oak removed 1975-6 (dying)
