Description
Connie and S. David begin the interview discussing the greed for coal, oil, and nuclear power as the three energy ills that threaten the United States, and the world, and how making changes to everyday policies and practices will benefit future generations. They proceed to talk about various critical energy issues that the book addresses as well as S. David’s stint at the Ford Foundation and his support for conservation. S. David relates the energy changes implemented during his tenure at the Port of Los Angeles, and Connie highlights passages from the book that give suggestions for improvement of energy resources in the coming years before closing the interview requesting an autograph for her copy of the book.
