Aerial view of Excelsior Union High School, located at 15711 Pioneer Blvd. in Norwalk; view is looking southwest. Pioneer Blvd. is diagonally, middle left to bottom right corner; Alondra Blvd. is diagonally, middle left to top right corner (in front of the school); Barnwall St. is diagonally, upper right to center right; and Maidstone Ave. is diagonally from upper left to middle right (to right of football field). Two churches are located at lower right: at 15213 Pioneer Blvd. (today it is the Hindu Temple Swaminarayan Mandir Isso), and at 15333 Pioneer Blvd. (today it is the Church of Christ). Excelsior Union High School cornerstone was laid 1923. Photograph dated April 12, 1960.
