Photograph caption dated January 23, 1959 reads "Actress Hedy Lamarr says she is 'broke,' sues estranged mate--'the only man I every Loved'--for $51,000" The caption is referring to the separation agreement between her and her estranged husband, oil millionaire W. Howard Lee. Lamarr claimed that Lee was behind in monthly payments due to her under that agreement.
