Photograph of an exterior view of the residence of N. E. Rice on Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles, 1900-1909. The two-story house is at center. It has wooden siding on its walls, and the base of the building is clad in stone. The roof is covered with wooden shingles. A covered porch extends from the middle of the building to the right edge, and a balcony can be seen over the doorway. A wide concrete walkway leads from the front door to a sidewalk in the foreground. Several small bushes and trees are visible in the foreground. A small concrete marker with Rice's name can be seen on the curb at center.
