Drucker discusses his ideas on management in his audiobook, “The Nonprofit Drucker.” This tape is part of the series, “Mission and Leadership.” It is entitled, “Mission, Objectives, Goals: Peter F. Drucker interviewed by David A. Hubbard.” Drucker begins by discussing which management questions he gets asked most often. He says that leadership cannot always be learned, and can go beyond education. Drucker discusses how leaders must define their mission, and gives examples of a good mission statement. He talks about how long a mission statement should last, and when it should be changed. He ends the talk by describing how mission statements should not be longer than a paragraph.
