Description: Directed by E.A. de Hermida, and featuring performances from The Sacramento Community Players, this brochure, circa 1932, is for a garden production of Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.” The Players gave three performances of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” that season; June 9th, 10th, and 11th. All were held in the garden of the residence of Dr. and Mrs. June B. Harris of Auburn Blvd, near Del Paso Park. Excerpts of the broadcast were also broadcast live by the Community Players over the radio station KFBK.
