Photograph caption dated April 14, 1956 reads, "Liberace, honorary mayor of Sherman Oaks, cuts the ribbon at opening ceremonies of the new Jack's Fish and Poultry, 14070 Ventura Blvd., Sherman Oaks. Others, left to right, are Rickard Norlander, president of the Sherman Oaks Chamber of Commerce; Betty Huffman, as a mermaid; Don Sway, co-owner; Eddie Sheehan, secretary of the Sherman Oaks Chamber of Commerce, and J. J. Lombardo, vice president of the Sherman Oaks Chamber of Commerce."
